Why Liquid Weight Loss

A lot of diets result in failure because they go against a basic component of our reptilian brain – our “fear of loss”, they stress going without whereas liquid weight loss diets encourages you to reasonably indulge. We dread going without or losing the things we like and most diets ask us to give up those habits and tastes we crave. Is it any wonder why they fail us?

"We grossly underestimate" the difficulty of changing behaviors that fuel obesity, says Clemson University sociologist Ellen Granberg, after examining archives at the Library of Congress. She believes it's important to show "we're not dealing with some brand new, scary phenomenon we've never dealt with before."

It turns out our obsession with weight and how to lose it dates back at least 150 years. And while now we say "overweight" instead of "corpulent" — and obesity has become epidemic — a look back at dieting history shows that not much has changed. We want to have our cake and eat it.

So here are five pillars to consider when evaluating any diet:
  1. Keep things simple—no menus to plan, no calories, carbs, fats or proteins to count!
  2. Have a positive impact on normal blood sugar levels
  3. Help with proper elimination of wastes from the body
  4. Help reduce your cravings for fattening foods
  5. And most importantly takes into consideration some of the foods you love

Keep the above five pillars in mind and you will dramatically increase your success with dieting by 96.7 %.
